The legislation of the Republic of Latvia requires the owner of an online shop to clarify the rules for the supply and return of goods, and the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (MK rules).

The seller ensures that the delivery is done in 1-7 working days Latvia from the moment that the order has been paid. Estonia 2-7 days. Lithuania 2-7 days. Finland 7-11 days.
When purchasing online, you must specify your shipping number.
The order will be processed after the money has been credited to the bank account.
The due date after the invoice has been sent is 36 hours. If no payment has been made within these 36 hours, the order will be cancelled.
Right of withdrawal.
The customer can cancel the order for 14 days after receiving the order. The customer should write a cancellation letter to the seller, and the seller will send a cancellation form, which must be completed by the customer.
If a customer has cancelled the order, the customer should return the ordered goods to the seller in 7 days after writing a cancellation letter. In this case, the customer pays for the delivery.
The seller can not use the right of withdrawal, if:
● The ordered goods are perishable or fast-consuming;
● The ordered goods are specially made for the customer;
● The customer has opened the audio, video records or the package of a computer program.
Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that “the customer is responsible for the quality and safety of the product during the term in case of the withdrawal”. The seller has the right to refuse customers' will to withdraw or to withhold a refund fee in case the goods have been damaged by careless treatment during use or not following instructions, if the original packaging of the goods has been lost or if the packaging of the goods has been significantly damaged.
